We endeavour to have a driver at your door to pick up your item within the hour, wherever you are in the UK. One van with one driver is assigned to each delivery. That driver will take pride in looking after your items until he personally hands them over at their destination. One driver, one van means no chain. The risk of loss or errors is therefore kept to a minimum.
We are dedicated to keeping our promise to you of safe, same day delivery anywhere in the UK. If exceptional circumstances should lead to a problem, we shall inform you at once and keep you updated until delivery is completed.
All our vans are insured for items valued at up to £25,000. That standard rate can be raised to a higher premium if required.
We are happy to take expensive, fragile, outsized or irregularly shaped items. Our regular consignments include urgent documents, including printed matter and tenders; pallets; production parts; medical supplies; furniture; IT equipment and other delicate scientific equipment. Two or more personnel can be employed when required for handling larger items, such as furniture.
