The Journease software also allows Today Team to record information efficiently. When a new customer is provided with a quote over the phone, the details are logged so that they can be called up again quickly when the job becomes live. Existing customers also benefit. Details of every delivery, such as collection points, destinations and the route between them, can be accessed again should a job be repeated.
