Dawn Delivers – Graduation Success

We’ve had great news recently, as one of our senior management team has successfully graduated a CIPD level 5 course in Human Resource Management.

Dawn Bostock, our Business and Finance Manager joined us early in 2018, helping strengthen our Finance and HR functions. Having already qualified as an Accountant, Dawn has continued her belief in continuous development and decided to gain HR qualifications on top of her already impressive CV.

Having gained a CIPD level 3 in Human Resource Management in 2017, Dawn took on the challenge of level 5 and graduated early in November. What makes the qualification extra impressive is that it was completed during evenings and weekends while also managing the ‘day job’ at Today Team, revamping our systems and processes and starting to build an internal team to support the businesses growth plans.

Following the graduation Dawn said “I’m really pleased to have graduated and have something to show for all my hard work. The course was really enjoyable and I’m already using lots of what I’ve learnt day to day in the business. I am currently enjoying having some free time back in my life after all the study but would like to explore what else I could do in the future”

Our MD Jamie commented “I’m proud of Dawn and what she has achieved, her impressive dedication to self-improvement was one of the reasons I asked Dawn to join the team and we’re currently discussing what learning and development looks like for 2019, it’s great to have people in the business that want to grow and move forward”

Dawn was recently surprised at a company meeting with a congratulations card and a bottle of her favourite tipple in recognition of her hard work and leading by example when it come to one of our company values around growth – well done Dawn!
