Today Team are a business to business, time critical and mission critical delivery company based in Warrington WA3 providing UK wide direct van and HGV services to our clients.

We started life in 2005 with a Princes Trust loan and one van, today we are a leading North West and National same day courier service trusted by some of the biggest brands to deliver when others can’t.

We’ve had a great journey over the last 16 years with continued organic growth and we have a vision to grow the business even further across the North West and beyond. Because of this, we have an opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our winning team.

The role?

This is a rewarding, newly created role, in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly. You will be responsible for assisting our Business & Finance Manager in managing our Support Services function. The crucial function enables the business to deliver first class service and profitability as we complete critical deliveries all over the UK.

You’ll have full accountability for the company’s Sales, Purchase & General Ledger’s, supporting and mentoring the department and ensuring that service, systems and process are all running smoothly.

Reporting to the Business & Finance Manager, you’ll be first line problem solver for the Support Services department, covering direct reports, customers, drivers, internal IT & Health & Safety so the Senior Management Team can focus on business growth and development.

You’ll ideally be a resilient, self-starter who is a team player, willing to be flexible and enjoy building relationships with all Key Stakeholders for the business. As well as management accounts experience, you’ll need to have excellent verbal communication skills, great attention to detail and first-class data entry / IT skills.

The role is office based and will be full time, 40 hours, Monday to Friday.
